The 12th Night Supper on Saturday 9th of January in Umborne Hall was quieter than usual. Was this due to too much celebrating over the festive period, or illnesses of which there were many or just other things happening? We really appreciate the fact that 33 locals made the effort to come out on a wet and windy evening and involve themselves again in our community events. The table quiz on the events of the year 2015 proved quite demanding and was won by Henry & Melanie’s table and the picture quiz which David and Teresa had collected for throughout the year also stretched us but was great fun.

This was won by Sue and Rodney’s table. The raffle organised by Antonia and Tony raised £92 so thank you to all who brought prizes and bought tickets. As is the custom, any profit from this event goes to a charity and this year the chosen charity was FORCE.
