Close Encounters with Orangutans –- an illustrated talk by Ian Wood

 

 

Saturday 19th September     6pm to 7.30pm                           Kilmington Village Hall

Ian Wood is a world-renowned expert on wildlife and the author of Swimming
with Dolphins, Tracking Gorillas. He leads small group tours to Borneo to
get up close to orangutans and his talk will be a fascinating, vicarious
journey into the jungle to learn more about this extraordinary and now
endangered species.

 

Ian will also be signing copies of Swimming with Dolphins, Tracking
Gorillas.

Proceeds from the evening will go to help sponsor Axe Valley student, Ella
Magrane, who i’s raising funds to join Camps International on a community
building project in Borneo in the summer of 2017.
