Colyton Vintage Tractor Run:

On Bank Holiday Monday, May 25th 2015, on a pleasant sunny day, about 100 vintage tractors of all shapes, sizes, ages and makes made their way down the hill from the Watchcombes and past Umborne Hall where nearly 40 locals were eagerly waiting to cheer them on.
From 12 noon we had been served teas and coffees along with an assortment of delicious cakes by Eleanor. Then at about 1.30 we heard the rumblings of the first tractors.
The refreshments collection will be split equally between Help for Heroes and Umborne Hall.
Thank you to all those who came and watched the spectacle in a very sociable and friendly atmosphere.
