Umborne Ug 10k & Fun Run 2017

The 12th running of the Umborne Ug 10k race took place on Saturday 3rd of June at 6pm.

This is an on and mostly off road 10k in beautiful scenery with a couple of hills, suitable for runners of all abilities. At the end of the race there were the famous Umborne cakes, hot drinks, a bar with a barrel of beer and a great BBQ – plus special awards for the first three male and female runners, vet prizes MV40,50,60 FV35,45,55. This 10k race is part of the East Devon Community Series. Full results can be found on:  www.axevalleyrunners.org.uk

There was a record turn out of runners from far and wide , including 39 from Axe Valley Runners
