Hi all
A number of you may have already seen the short 12 min intro film to old film footage we at the AONB team sourced from a number of individuals across East Devon, like Mary Thomas. In return for digitising the film from contributors, we were able to keep snippets of footage for use on the web

(follow the links from our work to back to the future from the eastdevonaonb.org.uk homepage) and to create this outstanding 40 minute film to show.

The full version has train derailment at Seaton junction and much Colyton footage.

Before getting poorly, I had booked the April 19 date with Sidmouth Manor Pavilion, see the link above but details also in the April Marshwood Vale (as shown to Peter Rugg). There will be more showings once I get better but I can certainly recommend the film …bring friends as there is choice of matinee or evening performance.

In due course we hope that local groups will be able to book their own showing of the film. Thanks to Andy Price and Lympstone film society’s Brian Mather, this film will still be shown on April 19…wish I was there too!

Best wishes

Kimmo
